Reem Acason

Reem Acason graduated from the University of Greenwich in 2007. Her works are a spiritual journey through migration. With the use migratory birds she explores her own path through her Middle Eastern ancestry and the meaning of being native. Her works have a pure and delicate transient aesthetic; a touch of the exotic. There is a conflict of extraction and belonging in her latest works ‘White Headed Gulls’. Reem lives and works in Sussex.
